Facility Rentals
Thank you for your inquiry into reserving/renting our facilities.
Please submit a facility request using our new electronic form, available here: Facility Rental Request
Once you submit the form, you will receive an automatic confirmation email with a copy of your submission. Please note: this is not an approval.
You will receive a separate approval email from me once your request has been reviewed and processed, similar to the process in previous years.
All existing requirements regarding insurance remain in place. If you need an example of the required insurance documentation, please click HERE.
You will need to send your insurance document to my email address before final approval.
Please also be aware that if your requested building is already booked, under construction or being considered for sale, we may follow up with alternate location options.
Finally, once our Facility Manual and fee structure are officially approved by the Board, we may reach out with any changes that could affect your approved contract.
