Blue Zone

Kittrell Elementary continues to be a Blue Zone school.  Please abide by the Blue Zone Guidelines for Healthy Foods in our school (listed in the link below), if you plan to send a snack to share with students in your child’s class.  We are striving to provide students with healthy snack options.  Please make sure snacks are individually wrapped.

Each month we will have a birth month celebration.  Every student will have an opportunity to participate in the celebration.  Games will be provided and each child will receive a small gift from our Partners in Education.  Students will also receive a cupcake as they celebrate their birthday.  If you would like to provide cupcakes during the month of your child’s birthday please email Mrs Law @ [email protected] or contact her at 433-2910.

Please note unhealthy birthday cupcakes/treats will NOT be served at school and sending anything for your child’s birthday is optional.
