The Equity Office provides an initiative to new employees that will help them better understand diversity in today’s workplace.
To fulfill this requirement a 90-minute professional development session is offered throughout the school year to employees entering our workforce. The session is interactive and provides concepts and practical strategies for cross-cultural communication and awareness.
