Free sports physicals are being offered for students at the Salvation Army in Waterloo (207 Logan Ave. ** Please enter via the Logan St. Door).
The ACE-SAP Free Clinic will be open for Sport Physicals on Thursday, July 28th from 12noon to 6:00pm.
Note: Students will need to have an adult present who can co-sign their consent or consent must be obtained by phone.
