Free sports physicals are being offered for students at the Salvation Army in Waterloo (207 Logan Ave. ** Please enter via the Logan St. Door).

The ACE-SAP Free Clinic will be open for Sport Physicals on Thursday, July 27th from 12noon to 6:00pm.  

If you are unable to make that date, Please call the clinic at 319.235.9358.  They are also open Wednesdays June 7th through July 26th from 9:00am-5:00pm.

Note:  Students will need to have an adult present who can co-sign their consent or consent must be obtained by phone.
